“ There are not very many options for all you can eat sushi in Lethbridge....my wife and i are very happy to have discovered blossom because we find it better than fusion and it blows Makisu away in terms of AYCET Grade Sushi. The sashimi is fresh enough (especially the butter fish!), the rolls are solid all around, and I was very impressed with the coconut shrimp. Be warned upfront that hot pot is not yet available but that won't discourage us from coming back for more. ”
